What is ASMR and what to expect from an ASMR massage
What is ASMR?
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. Many people experience what is known as ‘brain tingles’ in response to specific auditory, physical or visual triggers, such as whispering, tapping, or gentle movements. This feeling is distinctly pleasurable and is often accompanied by an altered state of consciousness, intense relaxation, present moment awareness, and euphoria.
What to expect during an ASMR Massage

Scalp & Hair: Delight in an indulgent scalp massage, with options for scalp scratching, hair brushing, and relaxing hair play.
Arm, Hand & Décollete: Relax with tickling, tracing, light scratching, and massage focusing on your arms, hands, and décolleté.
ASMR Sensory Sounds: Immerse yourself in the ASMR sensory experience with a selection of tingle-inducing sounds, including tapping, scrunching, scratching, and crackling, across various textures such as wood, glass, plastic, paper, sand, foam, and water.
Will I experience ‘brain tingles’?
Not everyone experiences ‘brain tingles’ but that doesn’t mean an ASMR massage isn’t for you. You will still experience a deep state of relaxation and calmness. ASMR has shown to help reduce stress, anxiety and improve sleep.
What trigger sounds do you use?
